Washington, D.C. is one of my favorite places in the country. I just returned from selling wine in the D.C. and Northern Virgina market. What is not to like about DC? The best museums in the country, btw they are all free. Turn the corner brunson-capitoland bang, its the White House. Lets go check out the Lincoln Memorial or the Capital Building, why not. Let’s go chill out in Old Town or Adams Morgan maybe the National Zoo. I also love the diversity in DC.

People from all over the world descend upon this town to live, work or vacation. That diversity has made DC one of the best food and wine towns in the country. No matter what you are looking for as a foodie or wine geek, it can be found in DC. Throughout the years this market has been a great home to Michel-Schlumberger. Here are a few of my favorite place in the DC/NOVA area for food and wine.

Let me know where you go out to eat in DC? Maybe I can stop by on my next visit.

CityZen, Central Michel Richard, Matchbox, Majestic Cafe, and Urbana are all great options.
