Just finished a pan seared duck breast with wild rice and your 2004 Maison Rouge. Nice acid in the wine to counteract the richness in the duck. After one more glass of the wine we'll finish the evening with a glass of Lagavulin single malt. Winter isn't so bad if you have good food, very good wine and a Scotch to finish the evening.
